The association represents more than 10,000 companies and individuals at every major media organization, marketing agency, research company, strategic and creative vendor and technology provider and is considered to be the leading global resource for education, community, creative inspiration and career development in the media and media marketing sectors.
JOB SUMMARY:
PromaxBDA Industry Development and Diversity is seeking to fill the position of Program Manager. The program manager plays a vital role in building the association’s academic member programs including Responsibilities consist of assisting the Industry Development and Diversity Department in all aspects of program development, execution and maintenance and various projects as assigned. This includes but is not limited to:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Required
BA with 2-4 years experience as an office coordinator or high level assistant. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, proactive, organized, poised, able to multi-task and detail-oriented. He/she must possess excellent oral and written communications skills and the desire to learn, work well under pressure, collaborate across disciplines, and be self-motivated. The individual should be passionate about diversity and inclusion and invested in cultivating relationships in the media and entertainment marketing industry. He or she must demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting.
