Chloe Drew

As the Executive Director of CUP Chloe Drew administers a multimillion dollar portfolio of results-oriented initiatives that advance education reform, leadership development, and access to capital for minority owned and led business. Chloe formerly served as Campaign Director for U.S. Congresswoman Barbara Lee in California’s 9th congressional district. She also co-founded and served as a board member of OaklandVOTE, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing voter participation in underserved communities. Before her work for the Lee campaign, Chloe taught social studies and math in Ecuador, at the Colegio Americano de Quito, and was Deputy Finance Director of the Mark Udall for U.S. Congress campaign (2000).
Chloe earned an A.B. from Harvard University and currently serves on the Board of Directors of One Voice – Congresswoman Lee's political action committee and is a former board member of the Wellesley Centers for Women – a research center that conducts interdisciplinary studies on issues affecting women and their families.

Eddie Rodriguez

Eddie Rodriguez serves as Executive Director of Rewarding Achievement (REACH), an innovative education reform initiative of CUP and The Pershing Square Foundation. REACH aims to improve the college preparedness and four-year college graduation rates of low-income and minority high school students. Prior to joining CUP, he spent more than fifteen years working in the public interest as a trial attorney, educator and civic activist, including serving as Visiting Associate Clinical Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and as an Assistant Attorney General for New York State, representing agencies and individuals in complex civil rights, class action and constitutional litigation in federal and state courts.
Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Columbia College and New York University School of Law, and currently serves as president of the NYU School of Law Black Latino Asian Pacific American Alumni Association (BLAPA). He also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Red Hook Initiative and Summit Academy Charter School.
