The Leadership Institute is CUP’s professional development platform designed to increase the level of diversity within the executive ranks of private, public, and nonprofit organizations. The Leadership Institute delivers an array of offerings aimed at equipping professionals of color and women across industries with the skills needed to continue on an upward career trajectory.
Signature Leadership Institute Programs
Executive Leadership Program
CUP ELP is a one year leadership development program aimed at developing the pipeline of high performing professionals who have been nominated by their firms. Through a mix of leadership workshops and coaching sessions, CUP ELP equips leaders with the skills needed for corporate advancement.
CUP Fellows is a competitive, ten month leadership development program for talented professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to civic leadership. This leadership development experience includes comprehensive training and a capstone project designed to further the skills developed throughout the program.
CUP Leadership Board
CUP’s Leadership Board is a body of appointed high performing professionals, aged 25 – 45, that is committed to CUP’s mission to connect, empower and mobilize the next generation of diverse leaders. Over a two year period, members leverage their experiences to build strategic networks, develop their leadership skills, and enhance the CUP membership experience.
